Energy Hacks for Tired & Exhausted Moms. But there is a lot more which we could do to recharge our energy. We all know that 24 hours are less for mothers like us.
There is so much we need to accomplish within these 24 hrs. that at times the to do list in front of us seems daunting and never ending.
As a tendency, what most of us mothers end up doing is, we concentrate so much on our kids that we start to forget ourselves.
We end up skipping meals, not taking medicines and so on. But please do not do this. Read Quick Recipes for working moms to get some ideas.
Little do we realize that staying healthy is not only important for ourselves but also for our kids.
A healthy mother translates to a happy mother. It is time, that we wake up to the importance of being healthy and find out ways and means of doing it.
Here are 5 life hacks to stay active & healthy for Super Busy Moms:
1. SIP GREEN TEA:
As mothers we all have forgotten the taste of coffee since pregnancy.
Though, the smell of freshly brewed coffee is intoxicating, it is a long-forgotten dream.
However, we need to find ways and means to keep up body’s battery up and running through the day.
I switched to Green Tea and found it quite helpful.
I love the green tea with lemon and honey due to the following reasons:
– It is a major source of anti-oxidant
– It detoxifies the body
– It helps you stay awake
– It is said that it helps you lose weight
– The honey and lemon combination aids to shed off the stubborn belly fat post pregnancy.
I generally sip on to my concoction of green tea all day long.
2. APPLE VINEGAR CIDER:
I included Apple vinegar cider in my daily life for its bountiful of merits.
It aids me to stay healthy in the following ways
– Curbs Indigestion: To prevent indigestion I have a glass of warm water, honey and apple cider vinegar before having my meal.
This kind of protects me from being sorry after gorging on my favorite street side food.
– Helps to lose weight.
3. METHI OR FENUGREEK WATER:
Another healthy life hack that I diligently follow is consuming meethi seed soaked water early morning.
This water helps me to stay healthy in more than one ways.
– It is a reliable source of anti-oxidant that helps me to detoxify my body from within.
– It aids in digestion
– It prevents bloating
– It increases breast milk
4. COPPER JUG:
I had read somewhere that drinking water from a copper jug has multiple health benefits.
Do not know if it works or not but I bought one just in case its true. These are the tall claims that the article made.
– Even If we consume RO water, once we store the same in jugs it gets contaminated with germs.
If we store them in Copper jugs, it helps to kill the bacteria or germs in the water.
– It is supposed to stall the process of aging and just might be the elixir to lifelong youth.
– It is supposed to fight off cancer
– It has anti-inflammatory properties that aids to prevent and lessen existing gout or arthritis related pain.
– It aids in weight loss.
What I do is store my daily intake of water in this copper vessel. Throughout the day,
I keep on sipping on them to hope that someday I too will aid from all these benefits.
5. Nutrilite All Plant Powder Protein:
As super busy moms, most of us do not pay attention to what we eat.
It is important that we keep an eye on what we consume throughout the day. If you ask, most mothers what they ate for lunch?
Most will reply that they had their kids left over food.
Now, that is not the correct way out. By having your kid’s food, you are not only eating more but also not providing your body the required nutrients.

Along with these i also indulge myself into some form of yoga.
