How to prevent stretch marks is a question of every pregnant woman. We all want our pregnancy to go smooth without stretch marks.
Pregnancy is an awesome experience. One of the best phases in a women’s life.
She feels wanted, nurtured and loved all together. Along with the joys of welcoming the baby into your life is also the fear of accepting the physical changes one experiences.
This is the time, when suddenly you have a protruding belly, swollen legs, glowing face and dreamy eyes.
However, along with all the joys comes the fear of stretch marks and all of a sudden we start thinking how to prevent stretch marks.
During pregnancy to accommodate the baby in our womb, our skin stretches, areas like stomach, belly, hip, thighs and upper arms are most affected.
Due to stretching, it loses its elasticity and uncouth grey stripes are left on our skin forever.
Though, most moms will instantly fight back saying that they love to sport these stripes of pregnancy there are ways that you can lessen the impact on your skin and prevent stretch marks.
