Baby steps to loose weight

 

I was weighing 85kgs after my 2nd delivery. You can understand how huge i must be looking in a small frame of 5’2. Lost some weight immediately and came to 77kgs after 4 months. This happened without any effort from my side neither in diet nor in workout.  I joined office immediately after completion of maternity leave. I do not follow any rigorous diet or exercise. Here is the list of changes that i adopted and made in my lifestyle that helped me in reaching to 62kgs at my son’s 1st b’day. I m sharing my baby steps here with you.

 

1. REDUCE SUGAR

 
2. TAKE DINNER EARLY & NO SALT AFTER 8 PM

 
3. START THE DAY WITH 2 GLASSES OF WATER

 
4. AVOID JUNK FOOD & INCREASE INTAKE OF HOME MADE FOOD

 
5. EXERCISE FOR 10 MINUTES ONLY BUT DAILY

    Exercising for 10 minutes alone may not be enough. It really depends on your fitness goals and your current condition. However, I completely agree with your other points.

    Gosh these seem like the perfect thing for me. Reducing post partum weight has been a huge task for me. I will try these tips to reduce the weight as much as I can.
